Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following general eligibility criteria:

Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test based on the credentials provided. Final selection is subject to detailed scrutiny.
Candidates qualifying the ETEA test will be screened further based on relevance to eligibility criteria.
Experience in the relevant field will be given preference.
Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date of application submission.
Relaxation of age will be admissible as per Project Implementation Policy.
Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through proper channel.
In case of foreign degrees, equivalent certificates from HEC must be provided.

Terms & Conditions

Incomplete applications or applications submitted with fake documents/information will be rejected at any stage.
Candidates intending to apply for more than one post shall apply separately for each post with a separate fee.
No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
Errors/Omissions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

How to Apply

Visit the official ETEA website at www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the desired posts online.
After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (containing a token number, Project code, and personal information) will be generated.
Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee through Onelink.
After successful fee submission, retain the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank’s stamp.
Do not send documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online. Copies will be required from candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when requested by the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.
The online application form will be available on www.etea.edu.pk from 2nd November, 2026.
The last date for submission of the online application is 20th November, 2026 .
Candidates will be informed via SMS to download and print their Roll No. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk . Do not provide ported/converted mobile numbers.
Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
No separate Call Letter will be issued for screening tests through postal/courier services.
