Salary and Employment Terms

Eligibility Criteria & TORs

Terms of Reference (TORs) & Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Project Manager (PM) of the project.
• Manage and monitor substrate-based soilless greenhouse demonstration units daily, tracking climate parameters, crop growth, phenology, yield, and crop quality data.
• Perform fertigation scheduling (including pH and EC monitoring), nutrient solution preparation, and pest/disease scouting across all demonstration sites.
• Maintain active coordination and liaison with private-sector partners and field staff, assisting in farmer and stakeholder training as well as demonstration-day events.
• Prepare periodic progress reports, research datasets, and documentation, fulfilling any additional tasks assigned by the PM.
