Director/Business Development (PPS-10)

The Director/Business Development will be responsible for leading and overseeing business development initiatives within the Ministry of Railways' SPD&ME project. This role focuses on strategic planning, project execution, and fostering public-private partnerships.

This position is purely on a contract basis for a period of two (02) years or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier. The contract will be extendable on satisfactory performance during the initial period and maximum up to the completion of the project.

Applicants for Director/Business Development must hold an MBA/MS degree with extensive experience in project management and PPP projects.

• Education: MBA/MS (Marketing / Finance / Project Management) with a minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC recognized institution. Additional qualification in Project Management is preferred.
• Experience: Overall 12 or more years' work experience in project management, including 5 or more years of experience in Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
• Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of business strategy development and implementation. Preference for candidates with diverse experience in business portfolio management, marketing investment performance analytics, and PPP projects. Expertise in financial analysis and knowledge of MS Project/Primavera & MS Office are essential.
