IT Auditor (Deputy Manager)

The IT Auditor (Deputy Manager) will be responsible for planning and conducting IT Audits, assessing controls and risks, and providing recommendations to strengthen the bank's IT environment.

• Plan and conduct IT Audits, assessing IT controls and risks.
• Identify control weaknesses and prepare clear Audit observations and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with IT Policies, Procedures, Controls, Risk management, IT governance structures, and Regulatory Compliance requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of banking technology and systems, including Core Banking System (CBS), ATM Networks, Internet/Mobile banking, RTGS, SWIFT, Card systems, and related payment channels.
• Assess the application of ISACA/COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, and COSO frameworks in IT Audit and internal controls.

Applicants for IT Auditor (Deputy Manager) must hold a Master's degree or equivalent, possess a CISA certification, and have 5-8 years of relevant IT Audit experience.

• Education: Master's degree or any other equivalent qualification (16 years of education) from HEC-recognized institution in relevant field.
• Experience: 5-8 years of the relevant experience as IT Auditor.
• Certifications: Must possess a relevant professional qualification/certification such as CISA (Certified Information System Auditor) or an equivalent recognized IT Audit Certification.
• Skills: Sound expertise in ISACA/COBIT, ISO/IEC 27001, and COSO frameworks, including their practical application in IT Audit and internal controls. Strong understanding of banking technology and systems (CBS, ATM Networks, Internet/Mobile banking, RTGS, SWIFT, Card systems, payment channels). Familiarity with key banking products and operations (loan/financing, Deposits, Term Deposits (TDs), other banking services, SBP Prudential Regulations (PRs)). Comprehensive knowledge of IT Policies, Procedures, Controls, Risk management, IT governance structures, and Regulatory Compliance requirements.
