Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this leadership role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor of Engineering (BE) or preferably a Master of Engineering (ME) in Mechanical, Marine, or Naval Architecture (or equivalent) from an HEC-recognized institution. Candidates must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience specifically in shipbuilding, heavy engineering, or production and project planning.
• Skills: Proficiency in modern shipbuilding practices, resource planning, progress monitoring, and project scheduling. Hands-on expertise in software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is essential.
• Age Limit: Applicants should be up to 55 years of age. Age relaxation may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates.
