Eligibility Criteria for KINPOE Jobs 2026

Education Requirements:

• For Diploma Holders: Three-year Diploma of Associate Engineer with first division (minimum 60% marks) in SSC and DAE in one of the advertised technologies. Candidates with other diplomas must attach an Equivalence Certificate from the respective Board of Technical Education.
• For Science Graduates: Two-year Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree or Associate Degree in Science (ADS) in Physics or Chemistry with Mathematics as a compulsory subject from an HEC recognized university with First Division (at least 60% marks) in SSC, HSC (Pre-Engineering only) and B.Sc./ADS.
• Candidates whose final year result is awaited and they expect to get First Division may also apply, but completion of diploma/degree requirements must be completed by 01-01-2027.

Age Limit:

• Maximum 25 years on August 11, 2026. (Date of birth should be either on or after 11-08-2001).

Financial Support and Facilities During Studies

• Stipend of Rs. 31,320/- per month.
• Free bachelor hostel accommodation to outstation trainees only, subject to availability.
• Free door treatment and transport facility to trainees.

Career After Completion of the Course

Successful trainees may be appointed anywhere in Pakistan as Tech-1/SA-I, in SPS-4 (Rs. 31,320-1930-89,220) with an advance increment and admissible allowance on regular basis under CPF Scheme. For details, please visit the KINPOE website.
