Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the specific educational and experience requirements for each role as detailed below. All positions require a Punjab domicile.

Media Manager PPS-8

• Education: BS/M.Sc/MA (16 years education) in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, Communication Studies and Multi-Media Arts.
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Liaison, public-private partnerships, CSR initiatives, interfaith harmony, internal/external communications, media relations, event support, social/print/electronic media, media house coordination, DGPR coordination, publicizing achievements, social media handling, content calendars, campaign strategies, performance reports, online advertising campaigns.

Graphic Designer PPS-7

• Education: BS/M.Sc/MA (16 years education) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software.
• Skills: Digital/print material design, branding elements, campaign visuals, infographics, visual consistency, collaboration with content/video editors, web/social media/event collateral design, design asset management.

Video Editor PPS-7

• Education: BS/M.Sc/MA (16 years education) in Media Studies, Film Production or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in professional video editing and command over Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve etc.
• Skills: Raw footage editing, transitions, effects, text overlays, sound mixing, video editing for documentaries/packages/public service messages, platform requirements (Facebook, YouTube), live event coverage, creative standards, visual flow.

Content Writer PPS-7

• Education: BS/M.Sc/MA (16 years education) in English, Urdu, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Skills: Content writing for websites/articles/digital platforms, press releases, speeches, promotional scripts, collaboration with design/video teams, content editing/proofreading, knowledge of government policies/initiatives, creative concepts for campaigns/outreach.

SEO Expert PPS-7

• Education: BS/M.Sc/MA (16 years education) in IT, or relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) / Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies, strong grasp of Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush tool, etc.
• Skills: Improving digital content visibility, keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, meta tags, ranking structure, traffic/engagement metrics, collaboration for SEO-driven content, performance reporting, algorithm monitoring.

Cameraman cum Drone Operator PPS-6

• Education: Intermediate or Diploma in Film / Media / Photography.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
• Skills: Camera operation, equipment setup (tripods, lenses, lighting), equipment maintenance, aerial footage capture, safe drone operation, drone shot planning/execution, raw footage archiving/organization, footage alignment with campaign themes.
