Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria to be eligible for these positions:

• Education: Applicants for Lab Attendant and Naib Qasid must have passed Middle (8th Grade). For Chowkidar and Sanitary Worker, a Primary (5th Grade) pass is required.
• Age Limit: The general age limit is 18-30 years. This includes a 5-year general age relaxation.
• Age Relaxation: Additional age relaxations are available as follows:
  • 05 years: Specific additional relaxation for candidates from Balochistan.
  • 15 years: For candidates who are released or retired officers/personnel of the Armed Forces of Pakistan (or the number of years actually served, whichever is less).
  • 10 years: For government servants who have completed 2 years of continuous government service.
  • 10 years: For persons with disability (subject to providing a disability certificate).
  • 05 years: For widows/widowers or sons/daughters of a deceased civil servant who died during service (departmental office order/notification of death required).
• Domicile: Candidates must hold a domicile of the advertised districts within Balochistan.

Interview/Selection Process

Eligible registered candidates will be called for interviews at the FGEI (Cantts/Garrisons) Regional Office, Aziz Bham Road, Quetta Cantt, as per the following schedule:

• Laboratory Attendant & Chowkidar: November 24, 2026 (Tuesday), from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
• Naib Qasid & Sanitary Worker: November 25, 2026 (Wednesday), from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.

Candidates must bring all original documents, including one fresh passport-size photograph, CNIC, domicile, and educational certificates, along with attested photocopies, to the interview.

Terms & Conditions

• Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
• Appointments are subject to verification of domicile certificates and academic degrees from relevant departments and police.
• Candidates holding dual domicile or a domicile from another province will be disqualified.
• Dismissed/removed employees or those with a criminal record are ineligible.
• Candidature will be canceled if any document is found fake or bogus at any stage.
• Selected candidates may be posted in their respective Districts/Tehsils.
• Age and qualification will be determined as of the closing date for receipt of applications.
• Quota: 10% for Women and 05% for Minorities will be observed. Posts not filled by suitable quota candidates will be filled through Open Merit.
• Posts will be filled from local domicile/residents of the advertised districts. If suitable local candidates are unavailable, posts will be filled through Open Merit.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for the written test and interview.
