Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following general conditions:

• Candidates must be residents of the concerned district (Toba Tek Singh) and meet the prescribed standards.
• Applicants must be medically and physically fit.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in cleaning and sanitation work in a hospital environment.
• The maximum age limit for applicants is 50 years.

Important Instructions

• The recruitment is purely on a temporary basis for 89 days through the Health Council and will not grant any right to permanent appointment or employment. This appointment will not be against any sanctioned post.
• Recruitment will be made on merit according to the prevailing policy and instructions of the Government of Punjab.
• The selection committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and make appropriate decisions regarding the recruitment process.
• Selected candidates will be posted in the relevant hospital/institution as per requirement and will be responsible for performing assigned duties.
• No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview/selection process.
• Selected candidates must be medically and physically fit.
• If any information or document provided at any stage is found to be false or fake, the candidate’s application/appointment will be cancelled.
• Salary/remuneration will be paid only through crossed cheque or bank account as per the government’s prescribed rate and approved method.
• Selected staff will be bound to perform duties assigned by the administration according to the hospital’s cleanliness and needs.
• Selected candidates are required to register on the hospital’s biometric system and mark daily attendance.
• Salary payment will only be linked to the biometric system; without it, absence will be assumed, and in case of continuous two days of absence, the selected candidate will be dismissed from service.
• In case of any complaint or unsatisfactory performance, the concerned employee will be dismissed from service without any prior notice.
