Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for this leadership role, candidates must meet the following professional and academic benchmarks:
- Academic Qualification: A minimum of a Master’s degree (MA or M.Sc).
- Professional Experience: Candidates must be retired officers from the Pakistan Armed Forces (Lt Col, Col, or Brig) with relevant experience in military or residential colleges. Alternatively, civilian educationalists with at least 15 years of experience in managing cadet or residential colleges are encouraged to apply.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be 55 years of age or younger.
- Domicile: Must be a valid citizen of Pakistan.
