Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and execute retail sales plans to meet and exceed organizational targets.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and high-potential locations for retail network expansion.
- Lead and mentor regional sales teams to foster a culture of operational excellence and high performance.
- Manage annual capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets for new retail projects and site modernization.
- Ensure full compliance with OGRA regulations and internal company standard operating procedures.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and demand forecasting to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of infrastructure projects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: MBA or an equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC), with at least 3 years in a senior managerial capacity.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication capabilities.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of OGRA regulations, environmental protection standards, and highway authority requirements.
- Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively across the country.
