4. Attested photocopies of all academic certificates and degrees.
5. Relevant experience certificates.
6. Copy of CNIC.
7. Domicile certificate.
8. Applications must reach the office of the Admin Officer, Armed Forces Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFIRM), Rawalpindi Cantt, within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
9. Age and experience will be counted as of the last date of application submission.
10. Candidates will be granted age relaxation as per the existing Federal Government Age Relaxation Policy 1993.
11. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test/interview.
12. Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
13. As per Federal Government Policy, quotas are reserved for females, special persons, and people from minority communities.
14. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
