Important: The last week of July 2026 is an expected result period. It must not be presented as a confirmed date until the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education publishes an official notification.

The current FBISE result portal lists the SSC Matric-Tech First Annual Result 2026 and results from earlier examination cycles. It does not currently show the general SSC Part I First Annual Result 2026 as an announced result.

What Is the FBISE 9th Class Result?

[03]

The FBISE 9th Class Result is the Secondary School Certificate Part I result issued by the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education.

The following terms refer to the same academic level:

  • FBISE 9th Class Result
  • FBISE Class 9 Result
  • FBISE SSC Part 1 Result
  • FBISE SSC-I Result
  • Federal Board Ninth Class Result
  • FBISE Matric Part 1 Result

SSC Part I records a student’s performance in the first stage of the Secondary School Certificate examination. Students normally complete the second stage through SSC Part II, commonly called the 10th class examination.

The page covers regular, private and eligible overseas candidates. Students must select the examination category shown on their roll-number slip because general SSC, overseas SSC and Matric-Tech results may appear under separate options.

FBISE 9th Class Result Date 2026

[04]

The FBISE 9th Class Result 2026 is expected in the last week of July 2026, but the exact date and time have not been officially confirmed. Students should rely on an official FBISE notice or an activated SSC-I result page for final confirmation.

FBISE conducted the SSC Part I and Part II First Annual Examinations beginning on March 31, 2026. The examination schedule confirms the examination cycle but does not establish a result-announcement date.

Expected FBISE SSC Part 1 Result Date

The expected result window is:

Last week of July 2026

This may include dates from approximately July 25 to July 31, 2026. This range is an editorial expectation rather than an official announcement.

The exact date should be added only when FBISE confirms:

  • The result day
  • The announcement time
  • The examination category
  • The official result link
  • The gazette availability

Has the FBISE 9th Class Result 2026 Been Announced?

No. As of July 18, 2026, the general FBISE SSC Part I First Annual Result 2026 is not listed as an announced result on the official result portal.

Students should distinguish the general SSC-I result from the SSC Matric-Tech result already displayed on the portal.

What Time Will the FBISE 9th Result Be Announced?

FBISE has not officially confirmed the SSC Part I Result 2026 announcement time.

A time published by an unofficial education website should be described as expected until it is supported by a Federal Board notice.

Is the Last Week of July Result Date Confirmed?

No. The last week of July 2026 is currently an expected result period, not a confirmed FBISE announcement.

This page should be updated immediately after the Federal Board publishes the exact date.

How to Check the FBISE 9th Class Result by Roll Number

[05]

Students can check the FBISE SSC Part 1 Result by entering their roll number on the official result portal after the result becomes available.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the official FBISE results section.
  2. Select the SSC Part I First Annual Examination 2026.
  3. Confirm that the selected category is SSC-I, not SSC-II or Matric-Tech.
  4. Enter the complete roll number.
  5. Select the result-search option.
  6. Verify the student’s name and examination details.
  7. Review the subject-wise result.
  8. Save or print the result record.

The FBISE result interface includes an examination selector and search fields for roll number and student name.

A roll number is the most precise result-search method because it identifies a specific examination record.

Result Not Found by Roll Number

Check the following details when the portal does not return a result:

  • The roll number has been entered correctly.
  • The correct examination year is selected.
  • SSC Part I is selected instead of SSC Part II.
  • First Annual is selected instead of Second Annual.
  • The student belongs to the selected general, overseas or technical category.
  • No extra spaces or characters appear in the roll number.

The result may also remain unavailable until the relevant examination option is activated.

How to Check the FBISE 9th Class Result by Name

[06]

Students can search by name when the student-name field is active for the selected result.

Use these steps:

  1. Open the FBISE result portal.
  2. Select SSC Part I First Annual Examination 2026.
  3. Enter the student’s complete name.
  4. Use the spelling registered with FBISE.
  5. Start the search.
  6. Review matching student records.
  7. Verify the roll number and institution.
  8. Open the correct result.

Name-based searches may return multiple candidates with identical or similar names. Students should not identify a result through the name alone when other details are available.

Can I Check the FBISE Result Without a Roll Number?

Yes. Students may search by name when the option is available or recover their roll number through their roll-number slip, registration details or school.

The FBISE roll-number-slip portal allows students to search using their full name and father’s name or their registration number for listed examinations.

Regular students may also contact their affiliated institution. Private or ex-candidates should use the relevant FBISE admission or slip service.

How to Check the FBISE Result by SMS

[07]

Type FB, add one space and enter the student’s roll number. Send the message to 5050.

Use this format:

FB [Roll Number]

Example:

FB 123456

FBISE’s official result service identifies 5050 as the result SMS number and uses the format FB(Space)[Roll Number].

Students should:

  • Enter the correct roll number.
  • Avoid adding unnecessary punctuation.
  • Keep sufficient mobile balance.
  • Wait for the response during heavy result traffic.
  • Compare the SMS response with the online result later.

Standard network charges may apply. The SMS response may contain less detail than the online result card.

Check the FBISE Result by Telephone

[08]

FBISE result pages also list the following telephone exchange:

051-9269555 to 051-9269559

Students may use the telephone service when the result website is unavailable. However, the lines may remain busy on result day because of high call volume.

FBISE 9th Class Result Gazette 2026

[09]

The FBISE SSC Part I Result Gazette is a consolidated result document published for a particular examination.

It can help:

  • Schools check the results of multiple students.
  • Teachers review institutional performance.
  • Students search for results during portal congestion.
  • Institutions compare result records.
  • Users locate candidates by roll number.

The gazette should only be downloaded from an official or verifiably authentic source.

How to Search the FBISE Result Gazette

After the official SSC-I gazette becomes available:

  1. Download the gazette file.
  2. Open it in a PDF reader.
  3. Use the document-search function.
  4. Enter the complete roll number.
  5. Review the matching record.
  6. Verify the student name and institution.
  7. Compare the information with the online result.

Use Ctrl + F on Windows, Command + F on macOS or “Find in document” on a mobile PDF application.

Do not publish a “Download Gazette” button before a working official file is available.

  • Roll number
  • Registration number, where applicable
  • Institution name
  • Examination title
  • Examination year
  • Candidate category

The exact result layout can differ according to the examination category and the grading system used for that cycle.

Students should treat the official online record as authoritative for the announced result. A formal result card, marksheet or certificate may still be required for official documentation.

FBISE 9th Class Subjects

[11]

FBISE provides a dedicated SSC-I syllabus section containing the Inclusive Scheme of Studies 2024, compulsory subjects, science subjects, humanities subjects, practical subjects and technical subjects.

A student’s exact subject combination depends on:

  • The applicable scheme of studies
  • The selected academic group
  • Institutional availability
  • Candidate category
  • Religious-subject eligibility
  • General or technical stream
  • Registered electives

Students should not assume that every listed subject applies to every SSC-I candidate.

FBISE 9th Class Compulsory Subjects

[12]

Compulsory subjects can include:

  • English
  • Urdu or an approved alternative
  • Islamiyat
  • Translation of the Holy Quran
  • Pakistan Studies, according to the applicable grade allocation
  • Ethics or approved Religious Education for eligible non-Muslim students

The exact SSC-I and SSC-II distribution must be taken from the student’s approved scheme and registration.

FBISE 9th English Result

English is a compulsory subject for SSC candidates under the applicable scheme.

Students should verify:

  • Subject title
  • Grade or marks
  • Result status
  • Absence status
  • Any board remarks

A missing or unexpected English result should be reported through the relevant school or FBISE service.

FBISE 9th Urdu Result

Urdu is normally a compulsory subject, subject to officially permitted alternatives for eligible candidates.

Students should ensure that:

  • The displayed language subject matches their registration.
  • The correct paper appears.
  • The result is not confused with an alternative language category.

FBISE 9th Islamiyat Result

Islamiyat applies to students registered for that subject.

Students eligible for another religious-education subject should check the exact subject name appearing on their result instead of expecting Islamiyat.

FBISE 9th Translation of the Holy Quran Result

Translation of the Holy Quran should be treated as a distinct subject where it appears separately under the applicable scheme.

It should not be combined with Islamiyat in content, result tables or calculators unless the official FBISE record combines them.

FBISE 9th Class Science Subjects

[13]

Science-group candidates may study approved combinations involving:

  • Mathematics
  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Biology
  • Computer Science
  • Other approved elective combinations

The student’s registered group determines the subjects shown on the result.

FBISE 9th Mathematics Result

Students should verify whether they are registered in:

  • Mathematics
  • General Mathematics

These are separate subjects and should not be combined.

The result may display the grade, obtained marks or examination status according to the active result format.

FBISE 9th Physics Result

Physics may contain theory and practical components under the applicable scheme.

Students should verify:

  • Theory performance
  • Practical performance
  • Overall subject status
  • Absence in either component
  • Any ungraded status

FBISE 9th Chemistry Result

Chemistry students should check both theory and practical components where displayed.

A practical mark should not be assumed to be missing until the official result structure and subject scheme have been checked.

FBISE 9th Biology Result

Biology applies to students registered in a Biology-based subject combination.

Students should review:

  • Theory grade or marks
  • Practical component
  • Overall result status
  • Any absence or ungraded notation

FBISE 9th Computer Science Result

Computer Science applies to students who selected it as an approved subject.

The result may contain:

  • Theory performance
  • Practical performance
  • Overall subject grade
  • Result status

Computer Science and Biology should not be described as subjects taken by every science student. The registered combination determines which subject appears.

FBISE 9th Class Humanities Subjects

[14]

FBISE SSC-I resources include humanities and general-group subjects such as:

  • Arabic
  • Art and Model Drawing
  • Civics
  • Economics
  • Education
  • English Literature
  • General Mathematics
  • General Science
  • Geography
  • Geography of Pakistan
  • Health and Physical Education
  • Home Economics
  • Islamic History
  • Islamic Studies
  • Commercial Geography
  • Clothing and Textile
  • Food and Nutrition

The availability and permitted combination of these subjects depend on the applicable scheme and institution.

FBISE 9th General Mathematics Result

General Mathematics should be discussed separately from the Mathematics studied in another academic group.

Students must check the precise subject title on their roll-number slip and result.

FBISE 9th General Science Result

General Science may appear in an approved humanities or general-group combination.

Students should check the subject grade and status without comparing it directly with separate Physics, Chemistry or Biology papers.

FBISE 9th Economics Result

Economics students should verify that the subject appears under the correct group and examination category.

The result should be interpreted according to the grade or marks displayed by FBISE.

FBISE 9th Civics Result

Civics is an elective subject under relevant combinations.

It should not be listed as compulsory for every SSC-I student.

FBISE 9th Education Result

Education may appear as an elective subject for eligible candidates.

Students should verify the exact registered combination before reporting a missing subject.

FBISE 9th Geography Result

Geography may include a practical component under the applicable scheme.

Students should check whether theory and practical performance appear separately.

FBISE 9th Class Home-Science Subjects

[15]

Relevant subjects may include:

  • Home Economics
  • Food and Nutrition
  • Clothing and Textile
  • Art and Model Drawing
  • Health and Physical Education

Some of these subjects can include practical work.

The result should distinguish:

  • Theory performance
  • Practical performance
  • Total subject status
  • Absence in either component

FBISE Religious-Education Alternatives

[16]

Eligible students may be registered in subjects such as:

  • Ethics
  • Christianity
  • Hinduism or Sanatan Dharma
  • Sikhism
  • Another approved Religious Education subject

Not every student takes all these subjects. The result should display only the religious subject registered for that candidate.

FBISE Technical and Matric-Tech Subjects

[17]

FBISE SSC-I resources also include technical and skill-based subjects, including areas such as:

  • Applied Electrician
  • Industrial Electrician
  • HVACR
  • Dress Making
  • Fashion Designing
  • Cooking
  • Cosmetology
  • Esthetics
  • Graphics Designing
  • Internet Hardware Development
  • Internet Software Development
  • Tourism
  • Media Production
  • Plumbing
  • Solar Water Heating

These subjects belong to specific technical streams and should not be mixed with the standard general SSC result.

The current result portal displays the SSC Matric-Tech First Annual Result 2026 separately. Students must therefore select the examination category printed on their roll-number slip.

FBISE 9th Class Practical Marks

[18]

Practical marks may apply to subjects such as:

  • Physics
  • Chemistry
  • Biology
  • Computer Science
  • Geography
  • Home Economics
  • Food and Nutrition
  • Clothing and Textile
  • Health and Physical Education
  • Art and Model Drawing
  • Technical subjects

Not every subject includes a practical component.

The Inclusive Scheme of Studies explains that subject structures and theory-practical distributions can differ between general and technical streams.

Students should not calculate a missing practical mark from an unofficial marks distribution.

FBISE 9th Class Grading System 2026

[19]

FBISE issued a revised grading formula for SSC-I and HSSC-I beginning with the First Annual Examinations 2026. The revised structure uses grades from A++ to U.

PercentageGradeDescription
96%–100%A++Extraordinary
91%–95%A+Exceptional
86%–90%AOutstanding
81%–85%B++Excellent
76%–80%B+Very Good
71%–75%BGood
61%–70%C+Fairly Good
51%–60%CAbove Average
40%–50%DEmerging
Below 40%UUngraded

A score below 40% in a paper is classified as U, meaning ungraded in that paper.

The official result remains authoritative. A third-party grade calculator should only provide an estimate.

How to Calculate FBISE 9th Class Percentage

[20]

Use this formula:

Percentage = Obtained marks ÷ Total marks × 100

Example:

A student receives 432 marks from a verified total of 600:

432 ÷ 600 × 100 = 72%

The estimated grade would be B under the revised grading ranges.

The example is illustrative. Students must use the total applicable to their registered 2026 subject scheme.

Do not use an older fixed total such as 550 without verifying that it applies to the candidate’s current scheme.

What Does U Mean in the FBISE Result?

[21]

U means ungraded. Under the revised grading formula, a student receiving below 40% in a paper receives a U for that paper and may need to reappear according to FBISE eligibility rules.

U should not be described as a grade higher than D or as a general percentage band.

What to Do After the FBISE 9th Class Result

[22]

Students should save the result and verify all displayed information before taking further action.

Save or Print the Result

[23]

Students should:

  1. Download the result as a PDF.
  2. Take a clear screenshot.
  3. Print a copy where required.
  4. Keep the original roll-number slip.
  5. Record the result date.
  6. Retain any SMS response.

A saved copy can help when discussing an error with a school or preparing for a result-related application.

Check Every Subject

[24]

Verify:

  • Student name
  • Roll number
  • Examination category
  • Institution
  • Registered subjects
  • Subject grades
  • Theory components
  • Practical components
  • Absence status
  • Ungraded status
  • Remarks

Contact the institution or relevant FBISE service when the result does not match the registered record.

Apply for FBISE Recounting

[25]

Yes. FBISE provides result-related online services, including recounting facilities.

Recounting may involve checking whether:

  • All attempted answers were marked
  • Marks were added correctly
  • Marks were transferred correctly
  • The total was recorded accurately

Recounting should not be described as a guaranteed full reassessment of written answers.

Students should verify:

  • The application deadline
  • The current fee
  • Eligible subjects
  • Required documents
  • Application status
  • Any board instructions

Missing Practical Marks

[26]

Students should first verify:

  • Whether the subject includes a practical
  • Whether the practical was conducted
  • Whether the component appears separately
  • Whether the selected result category is correct

A missing practical component should be reported through the school or relevant FBISE procedure.

Incorrect Name or Personal Information

[27]

Students should report errors involving:

  • Name spelling
  • Father’s name
  • Date of birth
  • Registration information
  • Institution
  • Subject combination

Do not assume that correcting an online result automatically updates every official document. The student should complete the applicable correction process.

Second Annual Examination

[28]

A student receiving an ungraded result in a paper may need to appear in a later examination, subject to current FBISE rules.

Students should verify:

  • Eligibility
  • Admission schedule
  • Examination fee
  • Subject category
  • First Annual or Second Annual selection
  • Roll-number slip
  • Updated syllabus requirements

Do not publish a second annual date until FBISE officially announces it.

Preparing for 10th Class

[29]

SSC Part I is followed by SSC Part II.

After the result, students should:

  • Identify weak subjects.
  • Review theory and practical performance.
  • Keep the result record.
  • Consult teachers where grades are lower than expected.
  • Prepare according to the current SSC-II syllabus.
  • Monitor official FBISE notifications.

One weak or ungraded subject should not be described as automatically preventing progression unless a current FBISE rule confirms it.

[30]

The FBISE 9th Class Result 2026 is expected during the last week of July 2026. However, FBISE has not officially confirmed the exact date or announcement time, so the expected period may change.

Yes. SSC Part I, SSC-I, class 9 and 9th class refer to the same level of the Federal Board Secondary School Certificate examination.

How can I check my FBISE 9th result?

[35]

Open the official FBISE result portal, select SSC Part I First Annual Examination 2026, enter your roll number or name and start the search. Verify the student and examination details before saving the result.

Can I apply for FBISE recounting?

[44]

Yes. Students can use the relevant FBISE recounting service after checking the official deadline, fee and subject requirements. Recounting does not guarantee that marks will increase.

Is the online FBISE result a final certificate?

[45]

No. The online result provides the announced examination record. Students may still need an official result card, marksheet or certificate for formal academic and verification purposes.

Can I download the FBISE SSC-I gazette?

[46]

Yes, after an official SSC Part I gazette becomes available. Download it from a reliable source, search by roll number and verify the result against the official individual result portal.
