Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must possess a Matriculation certificate for all positions. For the Waiter/Bearer role, an additional 02 years of experience in a relevant field (restaurant, hotel, or government institution) is required. The age limit for all posts is 18-30 years. General age relaxation of 05 years is already included in the age limit. An additional 03 years age relaxation is admissible for candidates belonging to Minorities and District Mirpur (Azad Kashmir). Upper age limit is relaxable up to 10 years for Government/WAPDA employees with 02 years of continuous regular service. Special age relaxation is also granted to WAPDA employees working on daily wages/contingent/Budget Estimate, equal to their years of service plus 05 years, with an eligibility age up to 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable in only one category.

General Conditions & Instructions

• Only local domiciled candidates as per quotas mentioned against each post are eligible to apply.
• A written test will be conducted by M/s Career Testing Services Pakistan (CTS), followed by an interview conducted by WAPDA.
• Age will be calculated as on the closing date of submission of applications.
• Candidates already serving in WAPDA must apply with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their respective formation before the closing date.
• Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.
• The initial appointment will be on probation for a period of 01 year, with regularization subject to satisfactory performance. Services may be dispensed with without notice in case of unsatisfactory work or conduct during probation.
• Incomplete or incorrect applications, or those received after the last date, will be rejected.
• Any false information found at any stage will lead to termination.
• WAPDA reserves the right to withhold or cancel the recruitment process at any stage without assigning any reason. The number of posts may be decreased or increased.
