About Deputy Manager - Analytics & Performance Management
SSGC is hiring for the post of Deputy Manager - Analytics & Performance Management in Karachi.
This position is responsible for supporting the department by measuring and analyzing various metrics such as media coverage, sentiment, campaign effectiveness, digital engagement, stakeholder reach, event performance, response times, communication outcomes, agency/vendor performance, and departmental KPIs. The role involves using automated analytical tools, business intelligence techniques, and data-driven methodologies to convert raw departmental data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for the Head of Department. It supports effective performance management, operational decision-making, and continuous improvement across Group Communications.
Requirements for Deputy Manager - Analytics & Performance Management
