Manager (HR & Coord / Protocol)

The Manager (HR & Coord / Protocol) will be responsible for leading HR, coordination, and protocol activities within the Special Investment Facilitation Council Division, on a contract basis under the PSDP-funded "Invest Pakistan" project.

• Lead HR functions, coordination efforts, and protocol management.
• Oversee project handling, execution, and preparation.
• Prepare government and HR summaries, presentations, and reports.
• Engage effectively in public and private sector working environments.

Applicants for Manager (HR & Coord / Protocol) must hold a Master's degree (16 years of education) in a relevant field with extensive post-qualification experience.

• Education: M.A / M.Sc. / MBA (16 years of education in relevant field)
• Experience: At least 8 years of post-qualification experience, including 2 years in a lead role in HR, coordination, protocol & project handling / execution / preparation.
• Skills: Proficiency in public / private sector working, excellent communication and writing skills to prepare government / HR summaries, presentations and reports.
• Verification: Educational qualifications must be obtained from recognized local/foreign universities / institutes duly verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan.
