About Company Secretary
Punjab Skills Development Fund is hiring for the post of Company Secretary in Lahore.
The Company Secretary will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements for PSDF.
Requirements for Company Secretary
Applicants for Company Secretary must hold a relevant professional qualification or a Master's/Law degree with significant experience in a senior secretarial or governance role.
- Education: Member of a recognized accounting or corporate/chartered secretarial body, OR a Master's in Business/Commerce, OR a Law degree (HEC-recognized).
- Experience: 8-12 years of experience, including 5+ years in a senior secretarial or governance role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Companies Act 2017, SECP regulations, corporate governance, donor compliance, and Board liaison.
