About Constable
Punjab Police is hiring for the post of Constable (1018 posts) in Rahim Yar Khan, Rajanpur.
The Constable role involves maintaining law and order, patrolling, responding to emergencies, and assisting in investigations within the assigned district. This is a full-time position within the Punjab Police force.
- Perform general police duties as assigned by superiors.
- Participate in community policing initiatives.
- Ensure public safety and security.
Requirements for Constable
Applicants for the Constable position must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Education: Matriculation (Secondary School Certificate) from a recognized board.
- Age: 18-25 years for settled areas, and 18-30 years for de-excluded areas, as of October 31, 2026.
- Height (Male): Minimum 5 feet 7 inches (170.18 cm).
- Chest (Male): Minimum 33 inches (unexpanded) and 34.5 inches (expanded).
- Running (Male): 1.6 km in 7 minutes.
- Domicile: Must hold a domicile of Rahim Yar Khan or Rajanpur district.
- Quota: 5% for minorities, 10% for ex-servicemen.
- Age Relaxation (Ex-servicemen): Up to 40 years, provided service period does not exceed 22 years and not more than 2 years have passed since retirement.
