About Information Technology Officer
Pakistan Telecommunication Authority is hiring for the post of Information Technology Officer (6 posts) in Islamabad.
The Information Technology Officer will handle IT-related functions and support within the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority on a contract basis.
Requirements for Information Technology Officer
Applicants for Information Technology Officer must hold a relevant IT/Engineering degree with specified experience.
- Education: MS/M.Sc. (18 years of education) in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Software, Telecom, IT, Information Security, Information Systems, Remote Sensing, Space Sciences, or a related field, OR B.Sc. (16 years of education) in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Computer Science, Software, Telecom, Information Security, Information Systems, Remote Sensing, Space Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience for MS/M.Sc. holders, OR 4 years of relevant experience for B.Sc. holders.
- Registration: For engineering degrees, registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
- Quota: Merit 02, Punjab 03, Sindh (Urban) 01.
