Required Education & Experience

• Minimum 20 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in large-scale infrastructure, construction, or project management environments.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Civil Engineering) from a well-recognized university.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects.
• Well versed with PPRA rules & regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• The incumbent will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing PCB’s infrastructure strategy while ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of Infrastructure Projects.
• The role will play a key part in developing modern cricket facilities and supporting infrastructure ecosystems across Pakistan.
• Review and authorize claims, invoices, change orders, and variation requests in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets and obtain necessary approvals for any budget variations.
• Ensures that all operations run with legality and conformity to established regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting of construction issues.
• To ensure that all the materials used for work performed are as per specifications and as per consultants’ recommendations.
• Maintain complete and accurate project documentation and records.
• Remain informed of emerging developments, technologies, and best practices relevant to infrastructure and project management.
• To manage and monitor the progress of projects.
