Candidates must meet the specific qualification and experience criteria for each post. General terms and conditions for all applicants are as follows:

Junior Engineer (Civil)

Applicants for Junior Engineer (Civil) must possess an MSc/BSc/BE in Civil Engineering with active PEC registration and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Education: MSc/BSc/BE in Civil Engineering
• Registration: Active PEC registration
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in project execution in Pvt/public sector, supervision of multistory buildings, preparation of engineering estimates (Minor/Major works on Schedule/Non-Schedule rates), BOQ, tender documents, scrutiny of bills of contractors, MBs etc.
• Skills: Expertise in Structure & AutoCAD design, MS Project management, Primavera (preferred).

Sub Engineer (Civil)

Candidates for Sub Engineer (Civil) should have a B Tech/DAE in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil projects.

• Education: B Tech/DAE in Civil
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in supervision of Civil Projects, Multistory buildings, infrastructure, preparation of Cost estimates (minor/major works on Pak PWD Schedule/Non-Schedule), BOQ, tender documents, scrutiny of bills of contractors, MBS, variation statement etc.
• Skills: Expertise in Drawings, AutoCAD design, MS Project, MS Office (preferred).

Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Applicants for Quantity Surveyor (Civil) must hold a B Tech/DAE in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in scrutinizing bills and preparing estimates.

• Education: B Tech/DAE in Civil
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in scrutiny of bills of building & infrastructure contractors, preparation of estimates (minor/major works on Pak PWD Schedule), preparation & review of BOQ, tender documents, scrutiny of bills of contractors, MBs, variation statement and Rate analysis etc.
• Skills: Expertise in Drawings, AutoCAD design, CoST-X, Primavera, MS Project or similar QS software, and MS Office (preferred).

Sub Engineer (Electrical)

Candidates for Sub Engineer (Electrical) should have a B Tech/DAE in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical supervision.

• Education: B Tech/DAE in Electrical
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in supervision of electrical work for Projects (Multistory building, infrastructure), operation & maintenance of Solar power grid, HT/LT line/panels, Transformer and Generator, preparation of estimates (minor/major works on Pak. PWD Schedule), BOQ, tender documents, scrutiny of bills of contractors, MBs, variation statement, Rate analysis etc.
• Skills: Expertise in Drawings, AutoCAD design, and MS Project or relevant software, and MS Office (preferred).

AutoCAD operator (Civil)

Applicants for AutoCAD Operator (Civil) must have a DAE in Civil/Architecture with a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing 2D/3D drawings.

• Education: DAE in Civil/Architecture
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in preparation of 2D/3D drawings of architecture, structure, public health & electrical works of building, infrastructure & roads.
• Skills: Expertise and proficiency in AutoCAD & Other Design Software (preferred).
