About RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
National Center for Nanoscience & Nanotechnology (NCNN) is hiring for the post of RESEARCH ASSOCIATE (4 posts) in Lahore.
The Research Associate will contribute to PSDP-funded projects within the Nano Physics Lab (NPL) at LUMS, focusing on advanced research in nanoscience and nanotechnology.
- Conduct research in assigned areas such as quantum technologies, optics, lasers, electronics, instrumentation, quantum materials, condensed-matter physics, scientific computing or machine learning.
- Perform laboratory experiments and data analysis.
- Contribute to research publications and reports.
Requirements for RESEARCH ASSOCIATE
Applicants for Research Associate must hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least one year of research or laboratory experience.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in physics, electrical or electronic engineering, materials science, nanoscience and nanotechnology, computer science, or a related discipline.
- Experience: At least one year of relevant research or laboratory experience.
- Preferred Experience: Quantum technologies, optics, lasers, electronics, instrumentation, quantum materials, condensed-matter physics, scientific computing or machine learning, depending on the assigned research area.
