Applicants for Oil Refining & Marketing Expert (SPPS-III) should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (16 years education) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Industrial Management, coupled with substantial experience in oil refining or marketing.
