- Education: Bachelor's Degree (16 years of education) in Civil/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering from an HEC recognized Institute/University.
- Registration: Must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
- Experience: 4-7 Years relevant professional experience in project planning, project development, feasibility studies, consultancy, infrastructure development, government/development projects, donor-funded projects or related fields.
