• Senior Manager / Manager / DM (Quality Assurance)
• Manager (Business Development)

Eligibility and Qualifications

Senior Manager / Manager / DM (Quality Assurance)

Applicants for Senior Manager / Manager / DM (Quality Assurance) must meet the following criteria:

• Education: BE (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Mechatronic / Metallurgy), preferably ME / MS with PEC registration from an HEC recognized university.
• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Quality Management System in an industrial setup.
• Certifications: Must be a certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001:2015 Qualified Lead Auditor or equivalent.
• Age: Up to 45 years.

Manager (Business Development)

Candidates for Manager (Business Development) should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: BE (Naval Architecture / Engineering Technology / Business Administration / Marketing) with PEC registration.
• Experience: 08-10 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, project management, or commercial operations. Experience in shipbuilding, maritime, defense, engineering, or heavy industry is preferred.
• Skills: Proven experience in project execution and management; PMP certification is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software tools like Primavera is preferred.
• Age: Up to 45 years.

Supervisor (Dry Docks)

For the Supervisor (Dry Docks) position, candidates are required to have:

• Education: DAE (Mechanical / Electrical) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 05 years of experience supervising equipment and operators.
• Skills: Basic operations and maintenance of cranes, air compressors & fire pumps. Proficient in MS Office, record keeping, preparing logs, initiating defect, and maintenance reports.
• Age: Up to 45 years.

AC Fitter

The requirements for AC Fitter are:

• Education: Middle / Matric.
• Experience: Minimum 02-03 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Certifications: Candidates having a relevant trade course will be preferred.
• Age: Up to 45 years.
