Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates applying for the Work Mistri, Mason Mistri, and Darogha positions must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

• Education: Applicants must possess a Matriculation certificate from any recognized board.
• Age Limit: The minimum age for applicants is 21 years, and the maximum age is 28 years. Age relaxation will be provided as per the Government of Sindh rules and policies.
• Domicile: Only candidates holding a Sindh domicile are eligible to apply.
• Testing Service: It is mandatory for candidates to have successfully passed the Matric category general screening test conducted by the IBA Sukkur Testing Service with at least 40% marks. A valid STS certificate is required.

General Instructions

• Candidates already serving in government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
• The initial appointment will be made according to the quota reserved for the relevant post as per the rules and policies of the Government of Sindh.
• No Traveling Allowance (TA) or Daily Allowance (DA) will be admissible for tests or interviews.
• Age relaxation will be granted as per the prevailing rules and policies of the Government of Sindh. The age will be calculated up to the last date of application submission.
• A general age relaxation of 05 years will be applicable as per Notification No.SOII(SGA&CD)/5-64/23011(PART-II) from the Services, General Administration & Coordination Department, dated 06-03-2025.
• Applicants are advised to bring original documents along with them for the interview before the departmental selection committee, as per the schedule uploaded on the Job Portal.
