About Project Development Engagement Specialist (Forestry)
Government of Sindh is hiring for the post of Project Development Engagement Specialist (Forestry) (2 posts) in Karachi.
The Project Development & Private Sector Engagement Specialist (Forestry / AFOLU) will focus on developing projects and fostering engagement with the private sector in the forestry and AFOLU (Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use) sectors.

Requirements for Project Development Engagement Specialist (Forestry)
Applicants for Project Development & Private Sector Engagement Specialist (Forestry / AFOLU) must hold a Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline with significant experience in project development and private sector engagement.
- Education: Master's degree or higher in Energy, Environment, Climate Change, Forestry, Agriculture (AFOLU) or Waste Management or any other relevant discipline from an HEC recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the relevant field, either in the Private or Public Sector or both.
- Certifications: Additional Training or Certification in Project Development, Climate Finance, Carbon Markets, ESG or public-private partnership will be an advantage.
- Core Competencies: Strong communication, negotiation, partnership-building, project management, research, and stakeholder engagement skills.
