Planning and Development Department is hiring for the post of پروجیکٹ ڈویلپمنٹ اینڈ امپلیمنٹیشن اسپیشلسٹ (فارسٹری/AFOLU) (MP اسکیل-II) (2 posts) in All over Sindh.
The Project Development & Implementation Specialist (Forestry/AFOLU) will focus on projects related to forestry, agriculture, and land use, contributing to climate change mitigation and adaptation efforts.
- Oversee the development and execution of forestry and AFOLU projects.
- Provide technical expertise in sustainable land management practices.
- Collaborate with local communities and relevant agencies.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance against set objectives.
Requirements for پروجیکٹ ڈویلپمنٹ اینڈ امپلیمنٹیشن اسپیشلسٹ (فارسٹری/AFOLU) (MP اسکیل-II)
Applicants for Project Development & Implementation Specialist (Forestry/AFOLU) must hold a Master's degree or higher in Energy, Environment, Climate Change, Forestry, Agriculture (AFOLU), or any other related field, with at least 10 years of experience in government/semi-government/international organizations.
- Education: Master's degree or higher in Energy, Environment, Climate Change, Forestry, Agriculture (AFOLU), or related field (HEC recognized)
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in relevant organizations.
- Additional Qualifications: Preference for additional training or certification in Project Development, Climate Finance, Carbon Markets, ESG, Public-Private Partnerships.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, partnership building, project management, research, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Domicile: Sindh
