Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)

• Shorthand speed of 50 words per minute.
• Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
• Preference will be given to candidates proficient in MS Office.

Junior Clerk (BPS-11)

• Secondary School Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification from a recognized board.
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• Preference will be given to candidates proficient in MS Office.

Important Instructions

• Participation in the ETEA screening test will be provisionally allowed based on the information provided by candidates. However, detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the relevant appointing authority, and any candidate found ineligible at any stage will be disqualified.
• All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website. Before applying for any post and paying the fee, candidates must print the E-Sahulat token from the ETEA website and verify their CNIC through a NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk). Applications without this verification will not be processed.
