Eligibility and Qualifications
- Architect: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or City and Regional Planning with a minimum GPA of 3, along with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Town Planner: Bachelor of Engineering in City & Regional Planning with a minimum GPA of 3, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Sub Engineer (Civil) & Site Supervisor: DAE (Civil) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- AutoCAD Operator: DAE (Civil) with an AutoCAD/Draughtsman course and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- UDC (Retired Armed Forces): Retired Armed Forces personnel (NCOs Clerk by Trade) with a medical category/AYE and a clean service record. Age limit up to 45 years.
- UDC (Civilian): Graduate with a computer course qualification, 5-7 years of relevant clerical experience in a reputable organization, proficiency in MS Office, and a typing speed of 35 wpm. Age limit up to 40 years.
- LDC (Retired Armed Forces): Retired Armed Forces personnel (Lance Naik / Sepoy Clerk by Trade) with a medical category/AYE and a clean service record. Age limit up to 40 years.
- LDC (Civilian): Graduate with a computer course qualification, 5 years of relevant clerical experience in a reputable organization, proficiency in MS Office, and a typing speed of 35 wpm. Age limit up to 40 years.
