- Eligibility: Serving teachers from Government institutions (colleges/schools) with EST, SESE, PET, OT, AT, DM, SV, PST, ESE, STI, CTI, or J.C qualifications.
- Additional Eligibility: Clerical staff from colleges/schools are also eligible.
